Ally Logo

The internet should be a basic human right for all.

Ally® exists at the intersection of legal compliance and digital inclusion.

Accessibility Statement

At Ally, we are committed to making digital experiences usable and accessible for everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is both a legal requirement and a moral responsibility, and we believe it should also be a seamless part of great design and development.

Our team follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard to guide our work. We specialize in full-service accessibility remediation, covering design, content, and development. Accessibility is an ongoing process, so we continuously review and improve our practices to ensure the highest level of compliance and usability.

Our Commitment

Accessibility is more than a checklist, it is built into who we are as a company. We believe that inclusive digital experiences benefit everyone, and we hold ourselves to the same high standards we deliver for our clients.

100% in-house expertise: All accessibility work is performed by our full-time team, ensuring consistency, accountability, and quality.

Lived experience: At least 10% of our employees identify with a disability, giving us valuable perspective and helping us design with real-world needs in mind.

Long-term partnership: We provide ongoing support retainers to help our clients maintain accessibility as standards, technologies, and content evolve.

Training and certification: Our team stays current with the latest accessibility standards and assistive technologies. Every member is certified or working toward certification in their area of expertise.

Client protection: We offer up to $10,000 in legal fee coverage and access to our legal team if an accessibility-related claim arises.

Holistic service: We remediate design, content, and development together, ensuring accessibility is delivered end to end.

Standards and Practices

To ensure our site and services meet high accessibility standards, we follow WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines and use a layered evaluation approach:

Automated scanning tools: Identify and flag technical accessibility issues early.

Manual testing: Confirm real-world usability through hands-on evaluation.

User feedback: Validate accessibility in practice with input from people with disabilities.

Cross-platform testing: Ensure compatibility across modern browsers and assistive technologies on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

Limitations

While we strive for full compliance, some third-party integrations may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA requirements. We monitor these areas closely and work with providers to encourage improvements. In addition, older technologies (such as outdated versions of Internet Explorer) may not render all features as intended.

Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, and we continue to refine our digital experiences over time. We regularly review our site and update it to reflect evolving standards, new technologies, and feedback from our community.
