Ally Culture
Accessibility Is Not a Feature. It’s Part of Good Product Design
When people talk about accessibility in tech, it often comes up late in the conversation. Accessibility is part of how a product should work in the first place. When teams treat it that way, they don’t just build more inclusive products. They build better ones.
Not All Disabilities Are Visible. Accessibility Should Reflect That.
Many disabilities cannot be seen — yet they shape how people experience workplaces, communities, and digital spaces. At Ally, we recognize that many disabilities are invisible — and that digital spaces must be designed with this reality in mind.
Why Ally Only Offers WCAG 2.2 AA
At Ally, we focus on one accessibility standard, WCAG 2.2 AA, and we do it all with our in-house team. We don’t offer “quick accessibility checks,” lighter audit tiers, or upsell paths. We intentionally stick to one clear standard.
